Aluminum tube cutting
The first step in aluminum tube processing is to cut the long aluminum material into aluminum tubes of specified lengths as required. Common cutting methods include the following:
(1) Manual sawing: suitable for situations where the production batch is small and equipment investment is limited.
(2) Mechanical cutting: Using a cutting machine to assist cutting can improve work efficiency.
(3) Water cutting: Using high-pressure water jet for cutting will not produce thermal deformation and residual stress, and is suitable for large-volume precision cutting.
