Aluminum Foil

Household foil is widely used in cooking, freezing, preserving and baking industries. Pharmaceutical foil has the advantages of non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, impermeable, heat-blocking, moisture-proof, light-blocking, and can be sterilized at high temperatures, etc. The main uses are blister packaging of pharmaceutical capsules, tablets, etc. and bag packaging of powder granules and aqueous, especially PTP aluminum foil is moisture-proof, easy to carry, safe and hygienic, and it has been very widely used in the international pharmaceutical industry. The production environment of pharmaceutical aluminum foil processing plant is relatively high, such as the requirement of not less than 100,000 class purified workshop. There are two alloy states for common pharmaceutical foils on the market. State:O, after cold press forming, used for high-grade pharmaceutical packaging; State:H18, after coating, used for ptp pharmaceutical aluminum foil, commonly used thickness: 0.006-0.08mm.

Battery foil is one of the base materials for lithium batteries for new energy vehicles, usually rolled aluminum foil is used in lithium ion battery industry as positive collector. Common specifications: 0.009-0.1mm.

Air conditioner foil is a specialized material for manufacturing heat exchanger fins for air conditioners. The air conditioner foil used in the early days was plain foil. In order to improve the surface properties of plain foil, it is coated with corrosion-resistant inorganic coating and hydrophilic organic coating before molding to form hydrophilic foil, which is widely used in refrigeration equipments such as household industrial air-conditioners, refrigerator cabinets, and automobile air-conditioners. There is also a hydrophobic foil, so that the surface of the fin has a hydrophobic function, to prevent condensate adhesion, mainly used in dryers, to improve the heating efficiency. The thickness of air-conditioning foil is 0.07mm~0.2mm, with the development of technology, air-conditioning foil has a tendency to further reduce.

Honeycomb aluminum foil has the advantages of light weight, high strength, high stiffness, etc. It is widely used in the exterior wall decoration of high-rise buildings, and the interlayer of honeycomb aluminum foil contains a large amount of air, which can be used for sound insulation, heat insulation, waterproofing, moisture-proofing, heat preservation, and no release of harmful gases. Commonly used thickness is 0.035-0.08mm.

After aluminum is processed into foil, the surface is then corroded and re-oxidized, and then wound and processed to make capacitors. Aluminum foil before etching is called light foil, aluminum foil after etching is called etching foil, and aluminum foil after reoxidation treatment is called forming foil. Electronic aluminum foil means light foil, which is the key raw material for the production of aluminum electrolytic capacitors, of which the electrode foil includes etching foil and chemical foil. Electronic aluminum foil can be divided into high-voltage anode foil, low-voltage anode foil, anode foil and so on. Among them, high and low voltage anode foils (chemically formed foils) need to use more than 99.99% high purity aluminum. The thickness of high-pressure anode foil is 0.0065-0.11mm, and low-pressure anode foil is 0.04-0.1mm.

Flexible packaging foil is the use of soft composite packaging materials made of pouch containers, according to the different uses of flexible packaging using dry composite, hot melt composite, extrusion composite and other different processes. Flexible packaging not only has the effect of moisture-proof and freshness preservation, but also can be printed with a variety of patterns and text, which is the ideal material for modern commercial packaging. Common specifications: 0.0058-0.03mm.

It is used in fast food restaurants, take-away stores, high-grade hotels, aviation tableware, family kitchens and other food utensils, and has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, easy to use, safe and hygienic, and no odor pollution. Common specifications: 0.01-0.2mm.

Aluminum foil for cigarettes is mainly laminated with paper and used as the inner liner of cigarette boxes. The aluminum foil used as the inner liner of cigarettes mainly consists of calendered aluminum foil and aluminized paper. Aluminum foil has a smooth surface, no trace, flat plate, few pinholes, low cost and stable chemical properties. Aluminum foil paper inside the cigarette box has two main functions: one is to keep the aroma, aluminum foil paper can prevent the cigarette flavor from emitting, while avoiding the cigarette flavor erosion of other items; the second is anti-mold. Aluminum foil paper can block moisture and effectively prevent moisture, thus avoiding cigarette mold in a humid environment. The thickness is basically 0.0063-0.0065mm.

Cable Foil is an aluminum plastic composite foil composed of aluminum foil coated with plastic film on one side or both sides using the airtight and shielding properties of aluminum foil, which is used as a cable shroud. Cable foil requires a small amount of oil on the surface, no holes, with high mechanical properties, the overall quality requirements are not high, but the length requirements are extremely strict. Commonly used thickness: 0.007-0.2mm.
