Aluminum Perforated Plate Description
Perforated aluminum sheet, also known as punched aluminum sheet, is a rectangular metal sheet with uniform thickness made of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy through pressure processing, cutting and CNC punching. It is widely used in architectural decoration, daily utensils and industrial products.
The surface of this material can be formed into a variety of hole types such as round holes, square holes, diamond holes, etc. through CNC punching. It has the physical properties of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, light weight and high strength. In architectural applications, by adjusting the aperture, hole spacing and arrangement, a translucent interface can be formed to control light transmission, which has the functions of sound absorption, ventilation and energy reduction, while achieving dynamic light and shadow effects and visual unity of the facade. The material thickness range covers 0.15-200mm, and the conventional plate thickness is 1.0-6.0mm. The surface treatment includes fluorocarbon spraying, wood grain transfer and other processes. It is suitable for curtain walls, landscape decoration and corrosion-resistant vessel manufacturing.
