Cutting is to cut the aluminum tube to the length required by the drawing, and leave a certain margin for subsequent processing. There are two commonly used cutting methods:

(1) Manual blanking: suitable for situations where the batch size is small and equipment investment is limited.

(2) CNC blanking: Using CNC cutting machine for blanking can improve efficiency and accuracy.

Aluminum tube forming

Forming is one of the key steps in aluminum tube processing, and it is also the link that best reflects the technical content of the processing process. Currently, the common aluminum tube forming methods are as follows:

(1) Extrusion molding: Put aluminum rods or aluminum profiles into an extruder for extrusion to form aluminum tubes of various cross-sectional shapes.

(2) Rolling forming: Aluminum plates or strips are rolled into aluminum tubes of specified diameter through rollers.

(3) Welding forming: The aluminum plate is cut and then welded into a tube by brazing, arc welding, etc.
