The production process of aluminum mainly includes casting, extrusion, heat treatment and surface treatment. Among them, casting is the first process, through a reasonable combination of raw materials and melted into aluminum liquid, and then cast into round casting bar. Extrusion is the key step in profile forming, using an extruder to extrude the heated round bar from the mold. Heat treatment further enhances the mechanical properties of aluminum, while surface treatment enhances the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and aesthetics of aluminum.
