Billets: These log-shaped castings are produced in a variety of diameters and lengths using a vertical direct cooling process. They are used to produce extruded articles, also known as profiles, which are mainly used in construction, industry and transport, as well as forging in the automotive industry.

Thick Plate: These cuboidal ingots are the input material to the rolling process and are produced using similar techniques as steel billets. Slabs are used to produce rolled aluminum products.

Extrusion: Aluminum can be extruded into a variety of tubes and profiles. Aluminum blanks are heated to 500 degrees Celsius and pressed through forming tools to create profiles and various products.
