Conductive coating
Surface treatment of battery conductive substrates using functional coatings is a breakthrough technological innovation. Carbon-coated aluminium foil/copper foil is a well-dispersed conductive nano-graphite and carbon-coated particles that are uniformly and finely coated on aluminium foil/copper foil. It can provide excellent static conductivity and collect microcurrent from the active material, which can significantly reduce the contact resistance between the positive/negative electrode material and the current collector, and improve the adhesion ability between the two, which can reduce the amount of binder used, and thus produce a significant improvement in the overall performance of the battery. There are two types of coatings: water-based (aqueous system) and oil-based (organic solvent system).
