Aseptic packaging material is a specially treated cardboard that is sterile, moisture-proof, and mildew-proof. This material is often used to package drinks, food and other products that need to be kept clean and hygienic. Sterile packaging materials with alloy states of 1235-O, 8111-O and 8079-O have typical thicknesses of 0.0063 and 0.00635 mm.

The processing methods include aluminum-plastic paper composite and printing. These materials are used as barriers and are packaged in rectangular cartons, often with holes for straws used in soda drinks such as Tetra Pak and Combibloc.
