1. Material selection and pretreatment
‌ Plate quality control‌
Select high-strength aluminum materials with tensile strength ≥130MPa (such as 6061-T6 alloy), and focus on rolling process consistency indicators
Stress release treatment‌
Aging treatment (150℃ insulation for 8 hours) is performed on plates with a thickness of ≥5mm to eliminate residual internal stress from rolling
2. Processing technology optimization
(1) Cutting control
‌Symmetrical layered cutting‌: Adopting a two-sided alternating feed strategy, a single cutting depth of ≤0.5mm, a 90mm thick plate is processed in 4 layers to 60mm, and the flatness error can be reduced to within 0.3mm
‌Cutting parameter configuration‌:
Spindle speed: ≥8000rpm (carbide tool)
Feed rate: 0.1mm/tooth
Back cutting depth: rough machining ≤3mm, fine machining ≤0.5mm
(2) Stamping forming specifications
The mold gap is controlled at 8%-12% of the plate thickness (for example, 0.24-0.36mm for 3mm plate)
Clean the aluminum chips on the mold surface every 200 stampings, using compressed air blowing combined with dust-free cloth wiping

Process Link Temperature Control Requirements Supporting Measures
Cutting Processing Cutting fluid temperature ≤ 25℃ High-pressure internal cooling tool system
Welding Operation Preheating temperature 80–120℃ Double pulse MIG welding + post-weld heat treatment
Storage Environment Constant temperature 20±5℃ Plate vertical storage rack + moisture-proof pad

Additional Technical Guidelines

Thick Plate Welding:
→ Use layered welding, with each layer ≤ 4 mm
→ Interlayer temperature controlled below 150℃

Blanking Process:
→ Use bottom surface allowance of 0.1–0.15 mm
→ Purpose: Avoid stress concentration from large-margin roughing
