Aluminum plate is a kind of rectangular plate made by rolling aluminum ingot, which can be used in automobile, architecture, furniture and other fields.
According to the alloy composition of aluminum:
1. High-purity aluminum plate (from high-purity aluminum rolling, content of 99.9 or more) ;
2, Pure aluminum plate (rolled from pure aluminum)
3, Alloy aluminum plate (composed of aluminum and auxiliary alloy, usually aluminum-copper, aluminum-manganese, aluminum-silicon, aluminum-magnesium, etc.)
4, composite aluminum plate (a variety of materials composite made of special aluminum plate) ; Aluminum-clad aluminum plate.
1000 series aluminum alloy: belongs to the highest aluminum content series. Common aluminum alloy has 1050,1060 and 1100, purity can reach 99.00% , because does not contain other technical elements, the production process is relatively simple, the price is also relatively cheap. Is the most commonly used series in traditional industries.
2000 series aluminum alloy: aviation aluminum, high hardness, copper content of about 3-5% . Common aluminum alloys are 2024,2A16 and 2A02.
3000 series aluminum alloy: belongs to AL-Mn series alloy, is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. Manganese is the main component, the content is between 1.0-1.5, so that the aluminum alloy has a good anti-rust function. Commonly used aluminum alloys are 3003,3004,3A21.
4000 series aluminum alloy: silicon content up to 4.5-6% . Because of its heat resistance and wear resistance, it is widely used in building materials, mechanical parts, forging materials, welding materials. The common aluminum alloy is 4A01.
5000 series aluminum alloy: rust-proof aluminum, also known as aluminum magnesium alloy, magnesium content up to 3-5% . It is characterized by low density, high tensile strength and high elongation. It is also widely used in traditional industries. The commonly used aluminum alloy has 5052,5005,5083,5086 and so on.
6000 series aluminum alloy: mainly containing magnesium and silicon, with 4000 series and 5000 series advantages. There are 6061 and 6063 aluminum alloys in common use. 6061 is a cold-treated aluminum forging product,
suitable for corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant requirements of the occasion. It has the characteristics of easy painting and good processability.
7000 series aluminum alloy: mainly contains zinc. Also belongs to the aerospace series. It is a kind of aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy, a heat treatment alloy, is a kind of super hard aluminum alloy, with good wear resistance.
The common aluminum alloy is 7075.
