1. Cutting

Cutting is one of the most basic operations in aluminum profile processing. Common cutting methods include mechanical cutting, laser cutting, water cutting, etc. Mechanical cutting is suitable for thicker aluminum profiles and is performed by sawing machines or cutting machines. Laser cutting is suitable for thin aluminum profiles and has the characteristics of high precision and high efficiency. Water cutting uses high-pressure water flow to cut aluminum profiles, and the cutting surface is smooth and has no heat-affected zone.
2. Bending

The bending of aluminum profiles is to make aluminum profiles plastically deform by a certain external force to achieve the required shape and angle. Common bending methods include cold bending and hot bending. Cold bending is to bend aluminum profiles at room temperature and is suitable for thinner aluminum profiles. Hot bending is to heat aluminum profiles to a certain temperature before bending, which is suitable for thicker aluminum profiles. The aluminum profiles after bending have a beautiful and generous appearance and are often used in building doors and windows, decoration and other fields.
3. Drilling

Drilling is one of the common operations in aluminum profile processing, mainly used to make connection holes, mounting holes, etc. Common drilling methods include drilling with a drilling machine and drilling with a milling machine. During the drilling process, it is necessary to pay attention to the accuracy of parameters such as hole diameter, hole depth, and hole spacing to ensure that the processed aluminum profiles can meet the use requirements.

4. Tapping

Tapping is a processing method for processing internal threads on aluminum. Tapping requires the use of a special tapping machine to process threads inside the aluminum by cutting. Tapping is often used to make connectors, fasteners, etc., and has the characteristics of firm connection and easy disassembly.
5. Milling

Milling is a method of processing aluminum profiles using a milling machine. Through milling, planes, grooves, bosses, etc. of various shapes and sizes can be processed. Milling has the advantages of high processing accuracy and good surface quality, and is often used to make complex structural parts of aluminum profiles.
6. Surface treatment

The surface treatment of aluminum profiles is to improve its corrosion resistance, aesthetics and service life. Common surface treatment methods include anodizing, spraying, electrophoresis, etc. Anodizing forms a dense oxide film on the surface of aluminum to improve its corrosion resistance and hardness. Spraying is to spray paint on the surface of aluminum to form a protective film, which is beautiful and durable. Electrophoresis forms a uniform coating on the surface of aluminum by electrolysis, which has good adhesion and corrosion resistance.
