The stretching process is used to produce stretched aluminum profiles by heating the aluminum to the appropriate temperature and then applying force in a stretching machine to stretch it along its length, thereby changing the cross-sectional shape and size.
It usually includes the following steps:
Material preparation: Select appropriate aluminum alloy materials and perform pretreatment as necessary, such as cleaning and removing scale.
Heating: Heating the aluminum material to the appropriate temperature to make it sufficiently plastic.
Stretching: Put the preheated aluminum material into a stretching machine, apply force to stretch it along the length direction, and change the cross-sectional shape and size.


Cooling and solidification: The stretched aluminum profile enters the cooling table for rapid cooling, and then is solidified in a curing furnace to increase hardness and strength.
Cutting and trimming: Cut and trim the cured aluminum profiles as required to remove irregular edges and burrs.
4. Oxidation:
Oxidation is a surface treatment process that improves corrosion resistance and surface hardness by forming an oxide film on the surface of aluminum profiles.
The process usually includes the following steps:
Cleaning: Clean the aluminum profiles to remove impurities and dirt on the surface.
Anodizing: Put the aluminum profile into an electrolytic tank and use it as an anode to apply current in the electrolyte to form an oxide film on the aluminum surface.
Dyeing (optional): Make the oxide film have different colors by treating it in a dyeing solution.
Sealing: Sealing the oxide film to improve its weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
