1. Raw material preparation
Base material selection
Mainly use pure aluminum ingot, hot-rolled aluminum coil or aluminum alloy cast-rolled aluminum coil as raw materials. Pure aluminum with an aluminum content of ≥99% is suitable for scenarios with high corrosion resistance requirements.
Aluminum alloy cast-rolled aluminum coils are formed into initial coils through smelting and casting processes, laying the foundation for subsequent processing.
Raw material pretreatment
Use water jet cleaning to remove surface oil and impurities, improve the cleanliness of aluminum materials, and ensure the uniformity of subsequent processing.
If necessary, use chemical conversion film treatment (such as phosphate process) to enhance the corrosion resistance of aluminum materials and the adhesion of coatings.
2. Core forming process
Cold rolling processing
The aluminum coil raw material is rolled through a cold rolling mill for multiple passes to adjust the thickness to the target range (typical thickness 0.15-15mm), and improve the material strength and ductility.
Rolling process Control the grain structure of aluminum coils. The H24 semi-hard process can give the material an elongation of 8%, which is suitable for complex forming requirements.
Slitting and finishing Use a slitting machine to slit wide aluminum coils into narrow coils of different widths (such as 600-1600mm) to ensure a dimensional accuracy of ±0.1mm.
After the flying shear process is completed, the coil is reeled by a coiler. The weight of a single coil is usually controlled at 2-3 tons to optimize loading and unloading efficiency.
3.Surface treatment and functional enhancement Coating processing (optional) Color coating process: Primer and topcoat coating (such as PVDF fluorocarbon coating) are applied to the surface of the aluminum coil to improve weather resistance and decorative properties, which is suitable for scenes such as building curtain walls.
Laminating process: Through the hot melt adhesive film composite PVC layer, waterproof, fireproof and other functional expansions are achieved to meet industrial and decorative needs.
Performance Inspection
Test aluminum coils for tensile strength (≥100MPa), surface finish and thickness tolerance to ensure compliance with industry standards such as GB/T 3880.
