Q: How does the payment process work?
A: Our payment terms are flexible based on specific circumstances.
Generally we recommend 30%-50% TT deposit, and the balance will be paid before shipment.
Q: How do I know the production status?
A: We will carefully confirm your requirements and send you samples before mass production. We will keep you informed of any progress during mass production. In addition, we will conduct 100% quality inspection before shipment. (We will provide you with pictures, videos and measurement reports if you need them.)

A: When our metal parts are applied to your products, we will follow up and wait for your feedback. Any questions related to our metal parts, our experienced engineers are ready to help.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A. The delivery time is usually 15~25 days, but the actual time needs to be determined based on the drawings/samples provided.

A. We are ISO certified and will comply with any quality level requirements for a specific project. Additionally, our in-house team inspects and tests random samples before shipment. We can provide quality certification according to customer requirements.
