5052 and 5754: These alloys are highly formable. A 2mm sheet of 5052 can be bent tightly at a 1mm radius (0.5t) without cracking.
6061-T6: Because it is heat-treated and hard, attempting a tight 90-degree bend on 6061 will cause the outer surface to crack. It requires a much larger bending radius (2.0t), which is not suitable for neat vehicle corners. 6061 is better suited for flat CNC machining.
