Core Properties
Corrosion resistance: pure aluminum forms a dense natural oxide layer that resists atmospheric moisture and fresh water; the textured surface reduces water pooling, which helps in humid conditions. For coastal projects, surface treatment (anodizing/painting) is recommended.
H24 temper balance: strain-hardened then partially annealed - tensile 130-160 MPa, yield 110-140 MPa, elongation ≥5-8%, hardness 40-50 HV. Strong enough to retain the embossed pattern under load, ductile enough to bend and form without cracking.
