Aluminum Sheet and Plate Definition

Aluminum plate refers to aluminum material with a thickness of more than 0.2 mm to less than 500 mm, a width of more than 200 mm, and lengths commonly up to 16 meters. With the advancement of rolling equipment, wider plates are increasingly available. Sheet and coil forms are supplied in cold-rolled and hot-rolled conditions depending on thickness.
