Timeliness needs to be paid attention to during the production process of aluminum profiles
1. Ordinary curtain wall aluminum profiles, ordinary door and window aluminum profiles, and industrial aluminum profiles must be aged in the same aging furnace. The temperature in the furnace is controlled within the range of 195°C ± 5°C. After reaching the temperature, it is kept warm for 3 hours and released. The fan is turned on immediately after being released. Blow for 20 minutes to cool down, and the quality inspector will check the hardness.

2. Insulated curtain wall profiles and insulated door and window aluminum profiles must be aged in the same aging furnace. The temperature in the furnace is controlled within the range of 180℃±3℃. After reaching the temperature, it is kept warm for 3 hours and released. After being released, the fan is turned on for 20 minutes immediately. After cooling, the quality inspector checks the hardness.

3. If the aging heat-insulating aluminum profiles are not full of the furnace, you can put 1 to 2 frames of ordinary aluminum profiles (wall thickness below 2.0mm) in the same furnace for aging. The aging process is performed according to the heat-insulating profile process.
4. When hoisting materials into the furnace, the ends of the aluminum profiles and the air guides should be controlled within 80 to 100mm.
5. When the temperature in the furnace reaches the temperature required by the process, the aging worker will use a glass tube thermometer to measure the actual temperature in the furnace every 30 minutes and make original records.
