1060 Aluminium Sheets Description
1060 aluminum plate is an industrial pure aluminum plate with an aluminum content of ≥99.6%. It has the characteristics of high purity, light weight, and easy processing. It is widely used in construction, electronics, industry and other fields.
As industrial pure aluminum, 1060 aluminum plate has the following characteristics:
1. Physical properties: It has high ductility, which is convenient for pressure processing and bending forming; it has good electrical and thermal conductivity, and is suitable for electronics and heat dissipation fields.
2. Mechanical properties: The tensile strength is 110-136MPa, and the elongation is 3-5%. Although the strength is low, it can meet general processing requirements.
3. Limitations: Heat treatment cannot be strengthened, the machinability is poor, and the welding methods are mainly gas welding, hydrogen atom welding and contact welding.
