1050 1060 Conductive Aluminum Busbar Description
The density of 1050 Conductive Aluminum Busbar is only 2.7g/cm³, and its weight is about 30% of that of copper busbar, which can significantly reduce the overall weight of the power system.
The tensile strength of 1060 aluminum flat bus bar is slightly higher than that of 1050 (about 110MPa vs 100MPa). After cold processing, the strength of 1060 alloy aluminum busbar is increased by 20%-30%, which meets the general electrical connection strength requirements.
If it is a general use scenario, it is recommended to give priority to 1050 aluminum busbars, which are more cost-effective and suitable for conventional electrical connections;
If it is a precision machining or high salt spray environment, it is recommended to use 1060 aluminum busbars because of its slightly better purity and strength.
