The 1060 aluminum fin-wrapped L-shaped fin tube is a high-performance composite heat transfer element designed to improve air-side heat transfer performance. It utilizes ASME SA179-compliant cold-drawn seamless carbon steel pressure vessels with 1060 aluminum fins spirally wound in an interlocking L-shaped structure. This unique design combines the aluminum fins' high thermal conductivity (approximately 200 W/m·K) with mechanical strength. The L-shaped foot fixture prevents the fins from loosening due to airflow erosion and thermal cycling. It is designed specifically for air coolers, heaters, and fin-tube heat exchangers.

 

Operating Temperature: 230°C. Features: The winding process provides high production efficiency, uniform spacing, excellent heat transfer, a high fin ratio, and protection of the base tube from airflow erosion.
