Two-zero aluminum foil is a foil with two zeros after the decimal point when its thickness is measured in mm, usually a product with a thickness less than 0.0075mm.
Principles of the annealing system of double-zero foil finished products: Usually, the purpose of double-zero foil annealing is to obtain a certain plasticity; and the second is to obtain a bright, clean surface quality without residual oil. In the past, the main considerations in formulating the finished product annealing process for double-zero foils were the recrystallization temperature of pure aluminum foil and the distillation range of the rolling oil.
Since the recrystallization temperature of pure aluminum foil is about 240 to 260°C, the distillation range of aluminum foil rolling oil is generally about 200 to 260°C. In the annealing process formulated in the past, the annealing temperature is generally 300 to 400°C, and the annealing cycle is 10 to 40 hours. In this annealing system, due to the high temperature, the grease burns and the carbon chains of the oil film decompose and oxidize, causing aluminum foil pollution and yellow-brown oil spots.
