Conductive Carbon Coated Aluminum Foil
Carbon-coated aluminum foil replaces the traditional aluminum foil as the cathode current collector, improving the adhesive properties and conductivity of the active material. During the preparation process, nanoscale conductive graphite and carbon particles are fully dispersed and evenly coated on the aluminum foil. The coated carbon layer provides excellent conductivity by reducing the contact resistance between the cathode material and the current collector. It also reduces the use of electrode binders and improves battery performance.
