What is Aluminium Foil For Lithium Ion Batteries
Lithium-ion batteries can be divided into consumer, power and energy storage batteries according to their application fields. The important components of lithium-ion batteries include electrolyte, separator materials, positive and negative electrode materials, etc.
Cathode materials occupy a large proportion. Its performance directly affects the performance of lithium-ion batteries, and its cost directly determines the cost of the battery. Among them, aluminum foil is usually used as the positive electrode current collector, and copper foil is used as the negative electrode current collector.
The negative electrode current collector is made of copper foil. Commonly used battery aluminum foils include 1060, 1050, 1070, 1235, 3003, etc. Common tempers include O, H14, H18, H24, H22, etc.
