When the temperature in the furnace reaches the temperature required by the aluminum rod process, we cannot leave it alone. We need to test the actual temperature in the furnace every half hour and make original records. Only by strictly completing every step of the aging process can we better ensure the performance and quality of the aluminum profile products produced.
Notes on melting and casting process nodes:
Aluminum ingot:
Before production, according to the production of aluminum rods of different alloys and different outputs, sufficient aluminum ingots, magnesium ingots, silicon rods, copper ingots and auxiliary materials are provided
Furnace installation:
Use a forklift to load aluminum ingots, duplicate ingots, and rod heads and rod tails into the smelting furnace
Melting:
After adding enough materials into the furnace, natural gas is used to raise the temperature to 700-730°C, and then the aluminum ingot melts into a liquid state.
Refining:
Add various paving additives to remove impurities from aluminum water
Release aluminum water:
Remove the plug from the water outlet at the bottom of the furnace and release the aluminum water
Casting:
After the aluminum liquid fills the diverter plate for 25-35 seconds, turn on the cooling water. The starting speed is 70-80% of the normal speed. It drops by 40-50mm and then rises to the normal speed.
Homogenization:
Perform secondary homogenization treatment on aluminum rods
Saw stick:
Remove the irregular parts at the front and rear ends of the aluminum rod
Entering the warehouse:
Aluminum rods are bundled and stacked in the warehouse
