What we actually check before shipping
Before packing, we measure the outside diameter and wall thickness at several points around and along a sample from the batch, then check straightness. We read the alloy mark on the tube and compare it to the Mill Test Certificate (MTC) heat number, and we confirm the word "seamless" is stated on the MTC - so what you specified is what gets loaded. For pressure or hydraulic orders, hydrostatic or eddy-current non-destructive testing is available on request.

Hardness ≈ 95 HB. Density ≈ 2.70 g/cm³. Strength in the weld heat-affected zone drops after welding (typical design value ≈ 50% of Rp0.2) - account for this in welded structures.
