Foil duct is made of stretched pure aluminum foil, which is continuously and tightly clamped by a spiral. Because aluminum has oxidizing properties, it is usually covered with a layer of glue during production to isolate the oxidation reaction between the aluminum and oxygen in the air.

Since the aluminum foil needs to be embossed or coated first, the surface requirements are generally not very strict, but the plate shape is required to be smooth and the surface is clean.
Usage method: After aluminum foil is embossed or coated, it is compounded with phenolic board or polyurethane board, usually double-sided. The finished product specifications are 20mm thick, 1200mm wide, and 4000mm long.
