Manufacturing Process of Aluminum Foil
Manufacturing Aluminium Jumbo Roll is similar to making pasta at home. A large block of almost pure aluminum is rolled several times through giant steel rollers, reducing its thickness and spreading it out to make it longer. Lubricants are added during the rolling process to facilitate operation. With each successive pass through the rollers, the thickness becomes progressively thinner. This process is repeated until the desired foil thickness is achieved, and then the large aluminum foil is cut to the required width.
