3004 food grade aluminum foil can be made into green lunch box containers, the raw material is made of 3-series or 8-series aluminum, after special equipment stamping, the raw material is non-toxic and can be recycled.
1. Raw material preparation. The main raw material of 3004 food grade aluminum foil is pure aluminum, which can be obtained through electrolytic aluminum cell. Before production, the raw material needs to be melted to facilitate subsequent processing.
2. Melting. The pure aluminum block is heated to a high temperature state, usually around 700°C, to facilitate the next step of rolling. The melting process needs to be carried out under the protection of inert gas, in order to avoid the pure aluminum and oxygen contact, resulting in oxidation reaction.
3. Rolling. The molten aluminum liquid is injected into the rolling mill, and it is pressed into a thin sheet by rolling and stretching several times. The rolling process requires the aluminum block to be heated to more than 500℃ in order to facilitate rolling at high temperature, and at the same time to avoid the aluminum block sticking to the rollers. After rolling, the aluminum sheet will become thinner and thinner, usually between 0.006 mm and 0.2 mm.
