What are the requirements for aluminum foil for battery foil?

From a quality point of view, the surface color of the aluminum foil should be uniform, clean, flat, without color difference, without obvious roll marks, pits, pinholes and corrosion marks; without rolling defects such as creases, spots, bright lines; without oil, No serious oil smell, no oil spots visible to the naked eye.
From the appearance, the winding tightness of the aluminum foil roll should be appropriate, the end face should be flat and clean, and the edges should be smooth; staggered layers should not exceed ±1.0mm; the width of the aluminum foil roll tube core should be greater than or equal to the width of the aluminum foil. Under normal circumstances, the length of both ends of the tube core does not exceed the width of the foil 5mm; the aluminum foil is wrapped around the center of the tube core; there are obvious joint marks on both ends of the aluminum coil.
