Purity requirements of copper foil and aluminum foil for lithium batteries
In order to ensure the stability of the current collector inside the battery, the purity of both aluminum foil and copper foil is required to be above 98%. Packaging Method and Delivery
The finished aluminum foil will be wrapped by PE films first. Then we will put some desiccants into the packing film. And then wrap another layer plastic film and foam to well protect the foil to avoid damage or oxidization during the transportation. After wrapping, the foil rolls will be packed in export standard wooden cases. Usually there will have 1-6 rolls in one case. Next step, the cases will be sent to the warehouse waiting for being loaded in containers or trucks.
