6xxx Cold-drawn Aluminum Angle Bars Description
6xxx magnesium silicon alloy aluminum angle, containing 0.6-1.2% magnesium and 0.4-0.9% silicon, 6xxx aluminum angle achieves tensile strength ≥310MPa through T6 heat treatment; 6063-T5 aluminum z bar density 2.7g/cm³, strength/weight ratio 200% higher than steel, suitable for load-bearing structure anodized salt spray test ≥1500 hours (ASTM B117 standard); Surface compatibility: 6082-T6 aluminum z channel supports fluorocarbon spraying, electrophoretic coating and other processes, adapting to acid and alkali environment and outdoor ultraviolet scenes. GNEE 6xxx angle steel thickness 5-150mm, length supports segmented customization (500-12000mm); Tolerance control: ±0.5mm thickness accuracy, 6XXX aluminum right angle edge verticality ≤0.2°.
