7075 Extruded Aluminum Hex Bars Description

7075 Aluminum solid bar is a kind of ultra-high strength aluminum compression bar, its tensile strength can be up to 524 MPa or more, yield strength of 469 MPa or so, much higher than ordinary aluminum bar.

7075 Hexagonal Bar has medium corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in general environments. After surface treatment (e.g. anodizing), the corrosion resistance of 7075 anodized aluminum tubes is further enhanced.

The strength and hardness of 7075 hexagonal bar can be significantly improved by solution treatment and artificial aging (e.g. T6, T651, T7351 and other states).
