20 Micron Medicine Blister Aluminium Foil relies on the complete barrier properties of 20 micron aluminum foil for pharmaceutical packaging and the "burst strength" designed for easy access to the contents. There are many innovative blister applications, such as double-blister technology, which mixes the contents of two separate compartments when needed before opening the package.
It can be used in cosmetic masks where the lotion is placed in one compartment and the dry tissue is placed in another compartment. The fluid chamber is squeezed to moisten the tissue, which can then be removed, unfolded and applied.
For fragrance sampling, blister packs allow testing of small amounts of fragrance as small as 0.25 ml by vaporizing the product (e.g. microspray) under real conditions. Foil-laminated backing prevents fragrance from evaporating or degrading before opening.
